San Fernando was the first plot of land that we acquired, it was the inception of our vision based on the legacy of work and passion left to us by our founder. The total area of the farm is 83 acres or 34 hectares. The Farm is divided in two by a county road, the south plot hosts the main operations center and the house of our farm manager, Miss Maria. The south plot was completely renovated with Bourbon and Pacas, a effort that took eight years. The north plot is our very own Dexter’s Lab, hosting nine different varieties of coffee and using two different growing methods, shade and semi sun. Marsellesa, CostaRica 95, Castillo, and Pacas grafted to nematode resistant roots. San Fernando offers quality and consistency in the cup with bright notes and clean acidity.
