LA SABANETA

La Sabaneta is located to the north west of Santa Ana city on the mountains that border Guatemala. With 134 acres (55 hectares) this is our largest farm and also the highest in elevation reaching 1,450 meters above sea level. The majority of the farm is Pacas left on the farm by the previous owner. When we acquired the farm we started a renovation project to replant the entire farm bit by bit, with Pacas. Four years after we took over the farm we have completed the renovation on half of the farm and started a washing station. Being the highest plot of land it offers some of the best views of the coffee lands like the one pictured above.
